Young ADIPEC seeks to inspire tomorrow’s changemakers, empowering them to work together, unify around a common cause, and play a central role in creating a more inclusive and progressive energy future.

Under the patronage of His Excellency Sheikh Nahayan Mabarak Al Nahayan, UAE Minister of Tolerance and Coexistence, and with the support of the Abu Dhabi Department of Education and Knowledge (ADEK), ADIPEC 2025 will host the 13th edition of Young ADIPEC.

The programme epitomises ADIPEC’s drive to foster an inclusive, collaborative environment, with the representation of all communities, to ensure that the path to a sustainable energy future is shaped by a truly global community, and diverse voices can unite around a shared mission to deliver a fair and balanced energy transition.

The programme extends its impact by serving as a learning platform that actively engages high school and university students within the framework of Science, Technology, Engineering, and Mathematics (STEM) education.

The future leaders are the wealth of the nation. It’s not the oil, it’s not the gas, it’s the human capital. We are bidding on them to be positive contributors to solving future energy problems. With them the idea starts and… from them the solution will come.
