Moderating sessions:

We will have different zones operating with different themes. The volunteer will be responsible to activate these zones based on the activity of each zone which he/she will be briefed about. The volunteer will have to work with approximately 8-15 students at a time.

Coordinating the Youth Talks:

As the programme commences, we will be having youth talks on stage on the stand. The volunteer will be responsible of gathering the students and seating them to attend the talk in addition to introducing the speaker. Moreover, should the speaker require any assistance (microphone, student talk, etc.) The volunteer can help. In addition, the volunteers will be asked to welcome the students on stand and brief them about the programme.

Supervising volunteers:

This volunteer will be briefed about all activities and roles in order to supervise volunteers and ensure nothing is out of the agenda. This volunteer will be briefed about what to do should the agenda be ahead or before schedule. This will ensure good communication between the supervisor and the volunteers and smooth delivery. Moreover, should there be a VIP visit on stand the volunteer will assist in coordinating this visit.

Conducting Young ADIPEC exhibition tours:

Ahead of commencing the prorgamme there will be planned exhibition tours to supporting companies. The volunteer will be briefed and trained for this tour as he/she will have to navigate 20-30 students to these stands and back with ensuring no student leaves the group and he/she contacts the supervisor should there be any urgent event. In addition, should there be a protocol visit he/she should ensure students are well gathered and not making a hassle.
